Shipping Policy

Crabs2You.com and Graham & Rollins, Inc. primary shipping method is with UPS overnight delivery. For customers who qualify, you may choose to have your order shipped via UPS 2nd day ground.You must live within a 200 mile radius of Hampton, Virginia to qualify for UPS 2nd day Ground Delivery.  The map below shows available 2nd day Ground service in Yellow, but is not exact.  All areas outside of the 200 mile radius of Hampton, Virginia, will need to select either UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. We recommend that all fresh seafood orders ship next day to guarantee the freshness of the product

All orders are charged based on product and packaging total weight, as well as required shipping method.

We accept all orders placed over the internet before 3:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to ensure next day delivery. Order placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed for next business day. Saturday Delivery is available in most areas. Saturday deliveries are an additional $15.00/per box because they are considered priority overnight. Orders place with 2nd Day Air shipping, will be processed Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with 2nd Day Air, will ship on the following Monday. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.
