Graham & Rollins, Inc. has not been around for 70 years shipping bad product!  Our successes is attributable to our quality seafood and making our customers very satisfied.  We carefully inspect each package for product contents and proper refrigerant before it leaves our facility.  If your product arrives spoiled or damaged due to our negligence, we will replace it free of charge.

If you receive product and you suspect it may be spoiled or damaged, please contact us immediately.  Do not discard any of this product until a representative from Graham & Rollins, Inc.  has been contacted.  We may request that you return these items to us.
