Recognized as a delicacy of the Chesapeake Bay, Softshell Crabs are truly one of a kind. They have same sweet, tangy flavor you love from our hard crabs. We clean our Softshell Crabs right here at our plant in Hampton, so they are ready to cook once they get to your door! Available in three sizes; Primes, measure between 4 to 4-1/2 inches point to point; Jumbos, measure between 4-1/2 inches to 5-1/2 inches point to point; and Whales, measure 5-1/2 inches and bigger point to point.
