The Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab is considered such a delicacy due to its unbeatable sweet taste, and the unique texture of the meat. When in season, we receive and cook crabs on a daily basis. Every crab is hand graded to assure the size and weight of our crabs.
Colossal Jimmies Measure 7 inches and bigger point to point. Jumbo Jimmies Measure 6½ to 7 inches point to point. Large Jimmies Measure 5 ¾ to 6 ½ inches point to point. Medium Jimmies Measure 5 to 5 ¾ inches point to point. Medium female hard crabs are not graded by size.
