After years of decline, Chesapeake Bay blue crabs are back. From Norfolk to Baltimore, watermen say this summer's catch is among the best in decades.

Not everyone is celebrating.

The crab's resurgence has flooded the market. Prices are down as much as 60 percent. And some crabbers stay home every other day because no one will buy what they catch.
